Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains your return and refund rights when you buy from ZED'S PARTY LTD. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

1. Your 14-day right to cancel (statutory cooling-off)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive your goods. To cancel, contact us via our Contact page or email support@zedspartyltd.com within that period, then return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to examine them.

For cooling-off cancellations we will refund the price of the goods plus our standard UK delivery charge. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of postage), to your original payment method.

2. Our 30-day returns promise

Beyond your statutory rights, we accept returns for any reason for up to 30 days from delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Once received and checked, we refund the price of the goods to your original payment method.

3. Faulty, incorrect or missing items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described you have a 30-day right to reject it for a full refund, including delivery costs. After 30 days and within 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement in the first instance. Where an item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the cost of the return.

If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as you can. Photos of the item and its packaging help us resolve things quickly, but are not a condition of your statutory rights.

4. Items we cannot accept back (cooling-off exemptions)

  • Custom made or personalised products
  • Perishable goods
  • Sealed hygiene items (for example earrings) once unsealed

These exemptions do not apply where an item is faulty or not as described.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item under the terms above and place a new order for your preferred item.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we process a refund, your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to show it in your account.
