Delivery charges

• UK Delivery: £3.99 flat rate per order
• Free UK Delivery: on all orders over £40

Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving them. Delivery usually takes a further 2–4 working days depending on the carrier. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. In line with UK consumer law, if we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Order tracking and delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us via our Contact page or email support@zedspartyltd.com with your order reference and we will investigate with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; an additional delivery charge may apply.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please see our Refund & Returns Policy — you are fully covered for faulty or damaged goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

International delivery

We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.
